Christopher the Seer

  The Seer, also known as Christopher or Kira's father, lives in Village with Matty, the main character of the story. Christopher cannot see and is like a father to Matty. Christopher can cook and plays instruments. He tells Matty not to go to Trade Mart and when Matty tells him what had happened in Trade Mart, he seems suspicious. Seer is one of the protagonists of the story, he has no eyes, and is hated an thought dead by the people in Kira's village. He is a larger part of the conflict because he is a father of one of Kira who needs to come back to Village as soon as possible. Seer is also one of the people that cannot go through Forest anymore because he was given a warning the last time he went through it. His wife died a while ago before Kira knew that her father was alive. So far in the story Seer hasn't changed, making him a static character. Seer is one of the main characters in the story also, along with Matty, Leader, and Kira. Seer is a static character, and his appearance isn't specified in 'The Messenger'.

One of Seer's hobbies is cooking
